The Head Coach will be responsible for creating a unified program across all event groups, effectively utilizing the coaching staff, developing student-athletes from entry-level participants through postseason competitors, and building a strong pathway from middle school through the varsity program. The successful candidate will provide a positive, competitive, inclusive, and development-focused experience for student-athletes while overseeing a program that serves athletes across a wide range of events, abilities, and experience levels.
