Williams has appeared in 14 NESCAC championship matches since 1994 and participated in the NCAA tournament 13 times, including four trips to the Elite Eight and seven trips to the Sweet Sixteen. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and possess the ability to recruit, teach, and coach highly talented scholar-athletes who can succeed in a challenging academic environment.
