In this role, you will lead the end-to-end teardown, DCI (Disassembly, Cleaning, and Inspection) , precision repair, and reassembly of mission-critical industrial flow equipment—including centrifugal pumps, mechanical seals, rotating equipment, electric actuators, and compressors . Working directly from engineering schematics, routers, and QA checklists, you will assess component wear, document critical dimensional fits, run dynamic balancing machines, and conduct hydrostatic/pressure testing before final equipment prep and customer shipment.
