The successful candidate will provide a positive and competitive experience for student-athletes while establishing a clear program philosophy built around development, accountability, sportsmanship, and representing North Middlesex with pride. The position requires leadership of the entire boys lacrosse program, development of student-athletes and coaches, establishment of a sustainable program culture, and creation of an environment in which student-athletes are challenged and supported.
