This role is responsible for monitoring industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to proactively identify opportunities for market evolution, and possess the ability to present, advocate for, and defend market design initiatives to diverse audiences – including stakeholders, regulatory bodies, senior leadership, and industry partners. Specific experience within any of the following: resource adequacy policies, wholesale and/or retail market design, electric and/or gas utility resource procurement, electric transmission and/or generation development, market operations or market monitoring preferably in the electric utility industry (preferred).
