Attorneys will be responsible for developing case strategy, evaluating liability and exposure, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, attending court appearances and mediations, communicating directly with clients and insurance carriers, and preparing cases for trial. We are seeking an experienced civil litigator to handle a diverse defense caseload representing contractors, businesses, insurers, property owners, and commercial clients.
