To thrive in this role, you have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Minimum of 3 years of experience in the creation of work instructions, and technical writing, AutoCAD, Creo, or similar 2D/3D Modeling experience, Experience implementing measures such as DMAIC, VSM, and 5S initiatives, Familiarity with Six Sigma principles, Ability to travel 10%. What your day-to-day will look like: Lead equipment and facility improvement projects from proposal through completion, managing targets, budgets, and resources to deliver operational improvements within scope.
