The mission of the Area Coach is to lead the delivery of a Championship haircut experience by ensuring Operational Excellence across all touchpoints, delivering training and development to Managers and Team Members in assigned stores. Other Key business partners to accomplish this mission include the Regional Director, Senior Director of Training and Change Management Initiatives, and Artistic Director and Director of Content Creation, as well as both the VP of Franchise Operations and Company Stores.
