The successful candidate should demonstrate strong capabilities in enterprise project leadership, Oracle EBS upgrade management, project governance, executive stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, risk and dependency management, vendor management, testing governance, cutover management, budget and resource management, change control, decision facilitation, and executive communication. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with senior business leaders, IT leadership, Oracle/support organizations, system integrators, implementation partners, contractors, and third-party vendors in a complex enterprise environment.
