The HOL will serve as a trusted scientific partner for managed care organizations, integrated delivery networks, pharmacy benefit managers, and other healthcare decision-makers by facilitating compliant, non-promotional scientific exchange related to clinical evidence, real-world evidence (RWE), health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), and value-based care. Gather and communicate field-level payer insights regarding formulary considerations, evidence gaps, utilization management, prior authorization requirements, reimbursement barriers, and evolving healthcare policy, feeding these insights up to the Medical Affairs Payer Director to inform national strategy and evidence generation planning.
