Experience in gymnastics, cheerleading, daycare, or school settings is highly preferred — Prior background in coaching youth gymnastics/cheer, teaching physical activities, or supervising children in group environments helps ensure effective instruction and camp management. Assist campers with snack and lunch times, as well as run camp games and active play periods, including supervising meals for safety and good manners, organizing group games or challenges (such as team activities, inflatables, or themed events), and actively playing alongside the kids to keep energy high and everyone included.
