Must be able to work at least four weekend shifts per month and 32 hours per week, with 3 days of closing availability, Memorial Day through Labor Day, in compliance with Child Labor Laws Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be available to work between 7 AM to Midnight, in compliance with Child Labor Laws Ability to work in a fast-paced environment at locations both indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather situations Physical requirements include standing (75-100% of the shift), sitting, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 60 lbs., finger dexterity, and efficient communication. Must be 16 years of age or older on the date of applying One year of hospitality/customer service experience preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proven guest relations, problem-solving, task management skills, and organizational skills Professional and practical communication skills Knowledge of Child Labor Laws is preferred Must be able to perform basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts guidelines Must be able to work independently and in a team environment as well as be self-motivated to perform all aspects of the job at all times *Must have the ability to safeguard confidential information.
