The X-Ray/CT Supervisor works collaboratively with the Diagnostic Imaging Director and Manager, Radiologists, nursing, providers, and support services to ensure high quality imaging services, excellent patient experience, and efficient departmental operations. This role provides leadership and support to technologists, ensures safe and efficient patient care delivery, maintains regulatory and accreditation readiness, and oversees staffing, scheduling, workflow, and quality initiatives.
