The successful candidate will have a belief that sportsmanship is critical to the success of the program, and will also have the ability to cooperate, work and communicate with students, parents, staff and other coaches, administration and the community, as well as be a team player. This coaching position requires comprehensive knowledge of the sport, the ability to motivate and communicate that knowledge in a manner appropriate to school-age student athletes, keeping the best interest of Howards Grove athletes in mind when making decisions.
