We especially welcome applications from experienced classroom educators, retired teachers, former instructional coaches, literacy specialists, and school or district leaders interested in continuing to make a meaningful impact through a flexible, part-time opportunity. Provide individualized instructional coaching through three structured teaching-and-learning cycles, including goal setting, unit internalization, lesson study, modeling, side-by-side coaching, student work analysis, and reflection.
