The successful candidate will collaborate with Coast Guard stakeholders, business analysts, automation engineers, technical teams, and program leadership to assess existing processes, develop current-state and future-state process maps, identify operational inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements. The Program Analyst - Organizational Change Management (OCM) supports U.S. Coast Guard programs by planning, executing, and sustaining change management activities associated with organizational, process, and technology transformations.
