Education and Experience: Five (5) or more years of ship repair estimating, contracts administration, or project management experience.• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.• Experience with U.S. Navy, MSC, USCG, and commercial vessel repair contracts preferred.
The Senior Contracts & Estimating Specialist is responsible for the development of competitive and compliant cost proposals, contract administration, pricing of contract modifications, and monitoring contract performance for ship repair and modernization projects.
