We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and operationally focused Practice Manager to lead Phoenix Children's Medical Group Resource Pool, a team of approximately 100 Medical Assistants and Technicians, while providing clinical oversight and operational support for Phoenix Children's workforce of approximately 500 Medical Assistants and Technicians. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills who can effectively manage complex staffing needs, foster collaboration across teams, and advance a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional patient- and family-centered care.
