The Senior Software Engineer partners closely with Technology, Digital Solutions, Engineering, Facilities, Operations, vendors, and plant leadership to deliver reliable solutions that improve plant visibility, equipment connectivity, production performance, system reliability, and business outcomes. This role serves as the technical leader for the OT Software Engineering function and is responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting software solutions that enable manufacturing operations, plant automation, and digital transformation initiatives across Blount Fine Foods.
