Overview: To support the mission of Helio Health, Inc., the Assistant Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is responsible for assisting with the planning, development and execution of the RCM department functions, utilizing agency resources to maximize revenue while maintaining full compliance with all federal and state regulations. Maintains current knowledge of legislation, regulations, NYS State Guidance Documents and rulings relative to Insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare, and the application of OASAS, OMH and DOH program regulations on billing.
