Coordinate staff assignments to meet workload demands as indicated by volume statistics. + Serve as a liaison to managers and other departments to resolve coding issues, including coding inaccuracies and denial processing. + Assist team members with issues requiring immediate attention including resolving inconsistencies in documentation. + May abstract pertinent information from patient records.
