JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.RANGE POSITION DESCRIPTION - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIESUnder immediate supervision, converts data from project specifications and statement of problem and procedures to create or modify computer programs requiring and applying basic knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems.Employee will be responsible for the following functions/duties:<ul><li>Prepares flowcharts and diagrams to illustrate a sequence of steps that a program or analytics workflow must follow and to describe logical operations involved</li><li>Converts project specifications into a sequence of detailed instructions and logical steps for coding into a language readable by computers, applying knowledge of computer programming techniques and computer languages</li><li>Designs and writes basic to moderately complex computer programs</li><li>Uses computer-aided software tools, such as flowchart design and code generation, in each stage of system development</li><li>Operates computer system to check out programs, troubleshoot and test systems</li><li>Monitors performance of programs after implementation</li><li>Assists in analysis, review, and alterations to programs to increase operating efficiency or to adapt to new requirements</li><li>Prepares documentation to describe programs development, logic, coding, and corrections</li><li>Assists in developing user manuals to describe installation and operating procedures</li><li>Provides AFTC Enterprise users with Tier 1 help desk support for AFTC Enterprise applications</li><li>Escalates more serious issues with AFTC Enterprise applications to other developers, when required</li><li>Interpret user stories, requirements, and procedures</li><li>Develop, maintain, and produce analytical documentation using AFTC-provided tools, including Microsoft PowerAutomate and Power Business Intelligence (PowerBI)</li><li>Performs other job-related duties, as required</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree in Computer Programming; or equivalent technical training from an accredited academic institution, completion of a recognized certification program, or equivalent experience and demonstrated skills, knowledge, and technical competence in computer programming. Possess 3 years of additional related experience. Must have demonstrated proficiency with required computer languages and have a basic to good understanding of computer systems including networks, servers, and personal computers. Must possess planning and organizing skills and be able to work under deadlines. Must possess verbal and written communication skills sufficient to permit interaction with other employees as well as taking work direction from senior Programmers or Supervisors. Must qualify for and maintain a government security clearance and possess a current State issued driver's license. The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance up to Secret. The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain DoD IAM Level II certification (CompTIA Security+) certification within 180 days of date hired. To complete each of these tasks, the candidate must have strong verbal and written communications skills.SALARYThe expected salary range for this position is $83,200 to $110,000 annually.Note: The salary range offered for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay. Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Knowledge of CMS Regulations and NCQA HEDIS Guidelines</li><li>Knowledge of Evidence-based Clinical Practice Standards: American Diabetes Association (ADA), American College of Cardiology (ACC), American Heart Association (AHA), Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding practices</li><li>Complete comprehensive, accurate and thorough review of the assigned member population, including timely completion and submission of all required encounter documentation (paper or electronic)</li><li>Ensure that all pertinent and active medical conditions are documented in the medical record in a manner compliant with CMS/DHHS, Company policy, and client requirements</li><li>Support the physician/patient relationship and ensure timely and adequate communication, documentation of assessment findings, recommendations, need for additional services, emergency services required if necessary and need for follow up and timelines for follow up to primary care provider (PCP) and health plan as required</li><li>Make general recommendations to members intended to improve members' knowledge of their chronic condition(s), such as information concerning recommended testing</li><li>Address and close identified gaps in care (disease-specific or preventive)</li><li>Recognize emergent or urgent situations requiring escalation and take appropriate action as specified in company policies, and as determined by reasonable professional judgment and ethical professional practice standards; and</li><li>Perform, document and communicate results of Point of Care (POC) Testing</li><li>Maintain compliance with Company policies, procedures and mission statement</li><li>Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within the Company’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position</li><li>Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company</li><li>Uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function</li><li>On a monthly basis, be available for a minimum of 25 slots of availability per month (approximately 37 hours)</li><li>We reserve the right to change this job description from time to time as business needs dictate and will provide notice of such</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>

Qualifications:
