Responsibilities:
You will act as the face of our retail clinics located around the country and in local communities.  The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) strives to ensure a positive patient experience and to help more people hear better.  You do this by supporting the clinic to achieve revenue goals by attracting new patients, managing the administrative and operational functions and coordinating patient interactions and needs.  Daily Tasks:  Some Medical billing and Coding <ul style="margin:0px;padding:0px;font-family:'verdana'"><li style="margin:0px 0px 0px 24px;padding:0px;font-size:12pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Welcome all patients and maintain high level of customer service </li><li style="margin:0px 0px 0px 24px;padding:0px;font-size:12pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Inbound and outbound phone calls, 50-75 per day </li><li style="margin:0px 0px 0px 24px;padding:0px;font-size:12pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Schedule & confirm all patient appointments </li><li style="margin:0px 0px 0px 24px;padding:0px;font-size:12pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">PPI Intake and processing </li><li style="margin:0px 0px 0px 24px;padding:0px;font-size:12pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Collect and verify medical insurance information for patients </li><li style="margin:0px 0px 0px 24px;padding:0px;font-size:12pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Ordering and receiving office supplies </li><li style="margin:0px 0px 0px 24px;padding:0px;font-size:12pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Payment processing  </li><li style="margin:0px 0px 0px 24px;padding:0px;font-size:12pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Hearing Aid supplies inventory management  </li><li style="margin:0px 0px 0px 24px;padding:0px;font-size:12pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Maintain office cleanliness  </li><li style="margin:0px 0px 0px 24px;padding:0px;font-size:12pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Uphold and maintain all HIPPA standards </li></ul>  Growth Opportunities at HearingLife for Patients Care Coordinators! Comprehensive Onboarding: At HearingLife, we're committed to empowering our Team Members to excel in their roles from day one. Qualifications:
