Serving as a key liaison among Health Information Management (HIM), Clinical Document Improvement (CDI), Coding, Revenue Cycle, Information Technology, and clinical departments, the coordinator identifies trends, monitors key performance indicators, develops actionable reports and dashboards, and drives the resolution of documentation, coding and billing issues that impact financial and operational outcomes. The position requires analytical expertise to support data driven process improvements, reduces DNFB backlogs, improve data quality, ensure optimization of internal systems and ensure the integrity of health information.
