One (1) year of related experience and/or training in residential, commercial, or industrial facility maintenance, welding, automotive, mechanical, heavy equipment operator, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, masonry, boilers/pressure vessels, hydraulics, pneumatics, machining, pipe fitting, or any other general construction related trade. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs routine preventative maintenance, including and not limited to, checking equipment condition and performance, checking and adjusting clearances and tolerances, performing adjustments, greasing and lubricating equipment, changing filters, belts, hoses, bearings and other wearing parts.
