The senior manager will guide HUMINT reporting, collection strategy, resource alignment, performance assessment, and coordination across field elements, customers, collection platforms, and senior leadership. Serve as a senior collection-management conduit to field elements, customers, headquarters, and supported platforms; resolve complex issues involving requirements, priorities, and reporting.
