Manage full-cycle recruiting for APG Electric across all levels of the organization, including trade and craft, field operations, project support, office-based professional, management, and leadership roles; responsibilities include intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, offer development, pre-employment activities, and handoff to onboarding. The recruiter will partner directly with APG leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce plans, build targeted recruiting strategies, source and assess talent, and deliver a consistent candidate and hiring manager experience.
