Under general supervision, the position has varying responsibility for the independent and ongoing installation, operation, maintenance, and repairs of a wide range of complex refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, ventilating, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, water systems, and related building automation systems. The incumbent develops and maintains collaborative working relationships with campus customers, vendors, contractors, and Facilities Management staff to ensure responsive service, effective communication, and successful coordination of maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
