May coach between 5-15 ECE soccer themed classes a week for children (depending on availability), ages 2-6, using the Soccer Shots program curriculum, at pre-designated parks and/or schools- Maintains communication with parents/guardians through email- Facilitates and maintains positive relationships with schools, parents and guardians- Participates in the Soccer Shots mentorship program, media events, and trainings- Responsible for running demo sessions in preschools, elementary schools, and parks- Handles administrative duties, in/out office, approximately 1 - 2 hours a week. - Must have at least 12 units in ECE or CD units in core course work: child/human dev, program/curriculum and child family and community*- * A minimum of 1 year experience working with 3 to 5 year olds*- Favorable pre-employment TB test and health screening*- Favorable pre-employment DOJ/FBI fingerprinting clearance and child abuse index processing*- Immunization Records (Measles, Pertussis and Influenza) provided within 30 days of employment* - Current CPR and First aid certificate must be provided within 30 days of employment*- Reliable transportation is a must, as Coaches may need to travel to any of our locations throughout San Diego.
