Working closely with technicians, parts and paint teams, vendors, and management, you'll monitor repair progress, identify potential delays, research OEM procedures and calibration requirements, follow up on opportunities, and help ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, efficiency, and repair quality. As our Collision Repair Coordinator, you'll prepare accurate estimates and repair plans using CCC ONE, coordinate repairs through every stage, communicate regularly with customers and insurance partners, and ensure all documentation, supplements, and photographs are completed promptly.
