Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in commercial banking with a strong focus on C&I relationship management (Upper - Middle Market) • Proven track record of originating, managing, and growing profitable commercial banking relationships • Strong credit analysis, underwriting, and loan structuring expertise • Demonstrated ability to deliver a private banking-style, relationship-based client experience • Established network of referral sources and centers of influence • Experience using CRM tools to manage client relationships, referrals, and business development activities • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
