p>Essential Functions and Responsibilities: • Own end-to-end product management for assigned commercial banking products, from discovery through launch and lifecycle management • Partner with the FVP to define and execute product roadmaps aligned to bank strategy, growth objectives, and customer needs • Identify opportunities for product innovation, modernization, and expansion across commercial segments • Conduct ongoing market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and prioritization • Translate customer pain points and business needs into clear product value propositions • Leverage data, insights, and feedback loops to continuously improve product experience and outcomes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• College degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum 8 years of product management experience within banking or financial services • In-depth knowledge of cash management, treasury services and financial technology products, services and trends • Ability to work with minimal direction and deal with time pressures and changing priorities.
