The successful candidate will develop new client relationships, structure complex real estate financing transactions, and grow origination volume across multiple lending platforms including life company, our direct HUD/FHA lending platform, agency, bank, bridge, and construction financing. Our platform allows originators to deliver best-in-class financing solutions to institutional and private real estate owners nationwide, while benefiting from a collaborative team, strong underwriting support, and deep lender relationships.
