The position organizes files, prepares approved loans for documentation and closing, manages ticklers and insurance requirements, completes required forms, and coordinates handoffs among lending, credit, documentation, appraisal, escrow, compliance, operations, and other departments. The Commercial Lending Specialist I provides operational and administrative support to Commercial Lenders, Commercial Underwriters, and Commercial Credit Analysts throughout the commercial loan lifecycle.
