This individual will support the procurement of construction services and related capital equipment for MEP/FP, civil, structural, architectural, and general construction scopes critical to Starship production, launch infrastructure, and Starbase facility expansion. PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Strong civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection technical background to speak the language of engineers, contractors, and field teams; strong business background to deal with contracts and negotiations.
