Technical Skills: HVAC (basic troubleshooting, filters/coils, thermostats), plumbing (fixtures, leaks, clogs), electrical (basic 120/208/277V, breakers, outlets/lighting), general mechanical systems, and pool/spa operations. Essential Functions: Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in mechanical or electrical systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, maintenance of laundry equipment, ice machines, fire extinguishers and alarms, kitchen equipment, etc…) and any/all other equipment throughout the hotel.
