During the spring semester, PCM interns work part-time out of SEA104 supporting preconstruction activities such as reviewing design documents, tracking permitting progress, preparing project status updates, updating project management systems, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and design consultants. During the summer full-time period, interns travel to project sites to support field preconstruction activities, attend AOC meetings, interface with developers and landlords, support estimating activities, and gain firsthand exposure to Amazon's industrial building projects from the ground up.
