Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and other environmental elements Position involves physically demanding labor, including lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling materials weighing 50 pounds or more Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and working in and around trenches for extended periods Exposure to construction equipment, noise, dust, uneven terrain, and active job sites Extended hours, overtime, overnight, and weekend work may be required based on project schedules Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in underground utility construction, fiber optic installation, or general construction is preferred but not required Willingness to learn and participate in on-the-job training.
