Deep knowledge of building automation systems, energy management platforms, and CMMS tools, Experience in retail, logistics, manufacturing, or multi-site operations, Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Technology or Related Field, Professional certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager), PE (Professional Engineer), or PMP (Project Management Professional), Type I and II EPA certification; State Mechanical Contractor’s License. Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.
