Who You Are Five or more years of professional or technical experience developing and implementing a strategic communications plan for an organization or agency, preferably within a non-profit organization Bachelor's degree or higher in communications, marketing, non-profit management, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience in communications, marketing, non-profit management. Experience managing communications and content creation for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) Experience with Canva, Adobe graphic design apps, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Blackbaud/Raiser's Edge (or other donor management CRMs) Strong knowledge of managing digital marketing tools and platforms to reach various audiences.
