Reporting to the CFO and partnering closely with the CEO, and CHRO, the Vice President, IR and Communications will communicate the company's strategy, business performance, and value creation story; proactively and actively engage our sell and buy side investors; and develop and deliver a highly effective and complementary internal and external communications to enable clarity of messaging in support of the company's objectives. The Vice President, Investor Relations (IR) & Communications will lead Church & Dwight's investor relations and communications strategy, shaping a clear, consistent, and compelling company narrative for investors, analysts, media, employees, and other key stakeholders.
