POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Program Supervisor, the Cottage Supervisor provides oversight of programming, leadership, case management, and supervision of all activities and program staff (Treatment Specialists) assigned to a Residential Treatment Program. Ensure completion of all program documents including shift reports, floor plans, shared room contracts, monthly personal care progress notes, outing supervision forms, bedtime logs, milieu progress notes.
