Broadly support internal communications across the Textron Systems segmentServe as employee communications point of contact for internal stakeholder teams as assignedDeliver high-impact, innovative communications, partnering with cross-functional team members in a coordinated approach while always ensuring consistency of messagingSupport the planning and rollout of campaign messaging efforts across channelsManage employee communications channels including intranet, newsletters and digital signageWork across the Strategic Communications & Creative group to develop materials that advance key objectives and translate project concepts into easy-to-understand graphs, charts & other visualsSupport achievement and reporting of corporate and team key performance indicatorsActively contribute to other projects or special programs and support cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
