Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, retail, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, retail, project management, or related area. As the team transitions to the Omni Financial Hierarchy, efforts focus on simplification and modernization by reducing legacy processes and leveraging AI and automation to enhance accuracy, speed, and self-service capabilities.
