Experience: Five (5) to seven (7) years working experience in the building maintenance field with experience in multiple trades areas, which may include central boiler plant operation including building management systems, central chillers, compressors, pumps, hot water supply systems, chemical water treatment (sprinkler, fire alarm, smoke detection and portable extinguishers), electrical trades, plumbing trades, HVAC/R trades or carpentry trades. Position requires working in extremely hot or extremely cold environments, such as outdoors, sometimes in extreme summer temperatures, on rooftops, in electrical rooms, crawl spaces and confined areas where heat is sometimes 110-120 degrees Fahrenheit and working in walk-in refrigeration units or other cold areas.
