The Training and Communications Analyst supports the development and delivery of enterprise risk management training and communications that enable risk awareness, governance expectations, and consistent execution across the organization. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.

The incumbent will contribute to the full range of communications campaigns targeted at employees and their dependents, as well as applicants and retirees, using both print and digital communications channels that are consistent with the CF brand and style guide.
This position is responsible for writing and editing news articles, reports, policy briefs, blogs, e-newsletters and other communications products to promote AHA resources to members and the public. These include, but are not limited to, news articles, e-newsletters, press releases, blogs, reports, digital, website, emails, videos, podcasts, presentations, scripts, white papers and others.

What this job involves: The Strategic Sourcing Specialist serves as the dedicated category manager for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services supporting a specific client account, with complete accountability for category strategy, supplier management, and sourcing execution. What your day-to-day will look like: Serve as the primary subject matter expert and procurement authority for the assigned IFM category, owning end-to-end strategy, sourcing approach, supplier management, and governance while driving value creation and continuous improvement.
