Working under supervision, this role performs hands-on tasks such as mounting monitors, installing speakers, video endpoints, surveillance cameras, and door hardware, contributing directly to the creation and optimization of secure, connected environments for our customers. The Field Technician is responsible for the physical installation and maintenance of a diverse range of technology systems, including Audio Video (AV), Video Teleconferencing (VTC), physical security and access systems, wireless access points, and cabling infrastructure.
