Our growing Home Health and Hospice Agency is seeking an experienced and motivated Community Liaison / Marketing Liaison to build relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, assisted living communities, social workers, and discharge planners. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, case managers, social workers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals.
