We are offering up to $19.00/hr. We're ready to have you become part of our growing team!Benefits for full time employees:<ul><li>$17.00 - $19.00/hr.</li><li>Up to $100.00 commissions on new lease signings</li><li>Paid Time Off 80 hours year in your first year</li><li>Holiday Paid Time Off - Thanksgiving, Christmas, 4th of July, etc.</li><li>Medical Insurance starting at $47.50/mo. for you PLUS Dental and Vision Insurance</li><li>Life and Disability Insurance</li></ul>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community</li><li>Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showings</li><li>Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property</li><li>Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required</li><li>Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book</li><li>Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach</li><li>Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program</li><li>Travel is a requirement</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills and Experience:<ul><li>Prefer 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service field</li><li>Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software</li><li>Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents</li><li>Yardi experience a plus!</li></ul>Equal Opportunity Employer
