This position includes participant recruitment and enrollment, assisting participants with scheduling and attending maternal and infant clinic visits, linking participants with community-based resources, communication with participants and Peer Navigator Community Outreach Assistant project team, data collection from participants and their medical records, and documentation of program activities. The Peer Navigator Community Outreach Assistant supports a service project aimed at helping mothers and babies affected by Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) with engagement in maternal-child HIV services in Marion County and the Transitional Grant Area (Boone, Brown, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Morgan, Putnam, and Shelby Counties).
